hello all.

I sold that old amp because it was a pos .

ok so i have a 4 ohm wiring kit with a 80A AGU Fuse

I also have this subwoofer s12l5
Vented Enclosure with a 12" Kicker Solo-Baric L5 Subwoofer
2 Ohm Final Impedance

What is a good inexpensive amp that is name brand that would work with these subs. i want the amp to be as close to 600rms as possible

Hifonics is good bang for the buck.

550watt rms at 4 0hm.

What ohm do i need to use on that subwoofer.

Theres alot of good amps out there, but I dont think you can beat Hifonics for what your looking for. Ive installed MANY Hifonics amps over the years with little problems. This amp is more than enough to run that sub, plus if you want to upgrade to a second sub down the road this amp will handle it.
