I just cracked a fresh brew of beer that I made. Its the first sample, and its EXACTLY like I have been trying to make. I just smiled, knowing that there is 10 gallons of reinforcements in the basement waiting for me to drink em.

What style of brew? The idea of making your own has got to be pretty rewarding when you get it right. I see homebrewing as being on my list of new hobbies to take up…need a break from the whole car-building thing.
