It is primarly colored #f49c30 in the photograph. It’s hard to determine really by all the glares and shadows but I think this is your best bet:

all i know is during the day i see more of a yellow and at night i see more of and orange…seems the paint has a illusionary effect depending on the shades of light and dark that reflect off of it.
