Why don’t you just become a pilot?
you dont want to fly for a living, you are a truck driver in the sky, you are either hauling ass or trash.
That’s awesome Josh…Sounds like a great time!!!

commercial pilots are taxi drivers, effectively. A to B to C.
stunt, show, experiment pilots have to have 11ty billion hours of experience to get their seats.

nice thing about this plane is that it’s certified and not an experimental. Do you fly/pilot?
Eh, I trust the experimental stuff he plays around with. Years of working in the aerobatics industry + years at boeing. I’ve been up a few times with his friends (he just got his license and started competing again after 12 years not doing so) but not with him. I do not fly, sadly, it’s something I want to do, but know I cannot afford it at this time.
oh, and btw, i have an extra flight suit if you want it… chubby.
as far as being a pilot…the reasons have already been mentioned. It takes up way too much time/money to be a leisure hobby, unless you’re retired. And there is no money in it unless it’s a career…and i don’t want that either.

i’m not sure where this is going exactly. I just know that I want to do the fighter jet dog fights out west in the desert early next year. I need to learn how to handle 8 and 9G’s though.
G-suit, lots of crunches

- squeezing and breathing. Basically like taking a giant dump, hopefully with no turds.
Nice thats awsome. The Akron Airport is literaly like less than a mile from me. Thanks for the invite…geez. lol. Next time you’re out there lemme know and we can go to the filler and get some beers
Or call me and I can tape it from the ground… HD style.
I’ve been up in a stunt plane a few times myself. Trying to explain the experience to others is kinda hard. Picture the scariest, craziest roller coaster you’ve even been on, turn the speed of it up x2, and make it last for 15 minutes, and you are sort of getting the picture. I love how the pilot can talk on the intercom normally during high-g manuevers.

so you know NOTHING about flying i see. Most people that do aerobatics only have a private pilots license. Actually there was a guy that came to Prior Aviation just to get his commercial license, just because he was one of the top rated aerobatic pilots in competition, but he couldn’t do air shows without his commercial license. Any private pilot can take you out, with a set of chutes, and roll, loop, and so on an aircraft if they have the want and the basic skill. True part 121 carrier pilots are generally point a to b, but there are thousands of pilots out there that work the field, that don’t do that.
Lafengas, if you are really looking to get an aircraft, I am a commercial pilot, faa mechanic… and i could help you out. still have the cessna if you like putting around at 110 knots and doing the occasional spin.
