to start up my computer. i keep getting low memory error when i start it up.

this is what is starting up now. and i was wondering what can i knock off of this on start up.

no this is just on start up that this shows up and i have no porn. i did a complete clean of it like 2 weeks ago no videos or pictures or anything.

make sure you have all the programs you need on CD. format your hard drive and reinstal windows. reinstall the stuff you need. you’ll be fine.

that looks like your Add/Remove Programs menu list…you should be more worried about the programs running in the background, those are what hog your system resources, most of the bad ones don’t show up on the program list

try picking up some more RAM…
i just upgraded to a Gig of DDR and it runs great

i had 96MB of Ram and just stuck in another 126MB and it made a ton of a difference…

you dont need any of them but system tray i believe, you can kill pretty much all of them off, cept for maybe your virus scanner, and -p2p if you have stuff networked.
