to start up my computer. i keep getting low memory error when i start it up.

that looks like your Add/Remove Programs menu list…you should be more worried about the programs running in the background, those are what hog your system resources, most of the bad ones don’t show up on the program list

dont need office, works * , money, aim, winzip…
try picking up some more RAM…
i just upgraded to a Gig of DDR and it runs great
you dont need any of them but system tray i believe, you can kill pretty much all of them off, cept for maybe your virus scanner, and -p2p if you have stuff networked.
