my opinion is anything that doesnt come with the car when its bought is a mod including but not limited to: brighter headlight bulbs, neons and painted dashes!
call me rice because i know its gonna happen but thats my stand on it!
well im just waiting until people start ths shit like: “well the oil thats in my car now isnt the same as when i bought it” and that the coolant isnt the same so they are mods.
i know they fall in to different groups but some people dont believe in “style” or “show” mods

and i know what your gonna say as long as you have a kit on a grand am your a ricer but before you beat me too it ill fuck off!
what about the neon lights?
I have Eurolite Xenon Crystal headlamps in my car. I wouldn’t call them a “mod” per se, but I think they’re an improvement over stock bulbs, so I list them when I’m listing parts on my car.
