it looks to me like he got the stock lip and then did some cutting, probably by making a fibreglass copy and deleting the turn signals and making the air dam bigger.

yea custom stock bumper. apparently he wont make another like it so if you want it you have to make it yourself

Yeah, what averyone else said. It’s a one off custom job…Mind you it looks pretty easy to accomplish if you have some decent fiberglass skill.
