ill explian later
Awesome.
STT is a great org. Looks like you had tons of clear track there. Looks like the tire pressures were a bit off from the pictures. I think he is referring to the fact that your elbows are not out very far. You seem like you are trying to keep your upper body close to the centerline of the bike still. Your head should be kissing the mirror more which would make your inside arm quite a bit more bent (and up typically, not pressed against the tank) and your outside arm very straight. But everyone has their own style. Love seeing people get out to the track!!! I’m jealous, haven’t been out all year. Too much other stuff going on. :sigh: Hopefully for a late fall day at Barber or RoadA.
that’s awesome willy!!! if i still had a bike I would have gone with you
still “soar?” lol
I know I hate my head positioning, i was working on so many other things, body position didnt seem like a factor until i see these pics. The left turn before the carousel was amazing… hopefully another photographer who had an access pass got a closer shot, ill find out later this week i hope.
Do it, i would have loved to have had more people I knew there.
(PS. thanks again for the offer)
how sweaty do you get in those suits?
hot picssss!
how sweaty would you be without one? I would be sweating buckets…( there where pics of a guy (mike) who highsided in a suit at over 100 on a front straight wlked away with light brusing without I think there would have been a RIP thread )
when your moving you really dont get sweaty… just dont stand still.
and I would LOVE to do that but i think i would get ridiculed showing up on a 600r
looks awesome
wicked cool mang
Look at the cute pink painters tape on the lights :mamoru:
Good job Bean. :tspry:
Even though i didnt get a chance to race (this time ), i’m definitely glad i went. While i can’t compare it to any other track personally, the facilities seemed great.
Those pics look good to. Put up more lol.
do they provide the full body suits/armor for you, or did you have to buy all that shit for yourself?
and did they have full track facilities open for you like timing your laps? i wonder how you did regarding lap times compared to pro’s…that’d be fun to know…or discouraging, knowing how scary it was and how far you felt you were pushing your bike, only to find out that people (believe it or not) exist that are crazier than you lol.
willly - I forgot you where kneeing down I’m used to leg out balls on tank elbow up into a corner.
See supermotojunkies.com for a referance.
what tires are you on? 2CT’s? or full race?
You can rent suits there, but it costs $75/day. I don’t think any of the people there rented suits. We had our own gear.
They were not timing the laps. It was structured the same way we do Dunnville. Just with the addition of the novice group where there were groups of 4-5 bikes who had a coach to follow and keep up with.
<3<3<3
From someone who seems to want to sound like they know what they are talking about, that is a pretty stupid question.
HATEHATEHATEHATEHATEHATE
Goddam that looks like a good time.
