Why?
well, if i was to guess, i’d say the are banking on wood’s ability to produce sound when “stimulated”. think musical instruments, theyre wood. though its not the wood that produces the sound, it resonates it and makes it nice and warm, they might be just bettin on that. im not sure, but i gotta look into those more.

when a company makes a product and puts everything on a site and doesnt list price, it just means “its a great product. and you may like it, but its not for you, bud” shit like that. well, audiophiles like me just buy and worry about cost later. we buy on a need basis vs “oh, how much is that one or maybe that one is cheaper” most of the time when i bought equipment, i didnt really look at price tags, though i should have. its expensive and theres no need for your average consumer to buy. its kind of like throwing away money. not that its a bad product, but to get that to sound its best and like it should, you’d have to have ALL of your equipment be high end or it will never produce the sound youre looking for. plus u cant just bolt in speakers like that into a rusty piece of shit car and expect to get show quality sound just like that. a lot of people have made that mistake and ended up spending WAY more than they planned.
