Here you go!
You can look him up on FB too.
This looks like the pull off down near Ellicottville about 5 miles out of town.
Great looking cars!
Yup.
After our cruise we stopped for dinner in EV then on the way back home we stopped there for pictures.
How long have you had your Diablo? Is the 430 owner happy with it? I still consider selling my 69 camaro for a 997TT quite often. The maintenance costs and reliability scare me a little bit. I suppose if that is a concern I am probably not “ready” yet. But I do hear some put a tons of miles on the Turbo P cars without too many issues.
Customer car actually. I had it for about a week. Drove it for a bunch of miles trying to get monitors to set.
F430 owner hasn’t driven it since I had it a couple years ago. It’s been in storage for way too long. Service is very expensive. The PO spent $2k on the last oil change before I got it. I charged a fraction of that but it was still a bit. Even for DIY, Ferrari specific parts are outrageous. Forget about using an Actron to scan it either. Both Lambo and Ferrari have vehicle specific diagnostics. When you can find them scanners are typically over $10k.I spent a little less than that for mine but it’s a bit older and used. Reliability is a huge variable. I have customers who beat the snot out of their cars and other who rarely drive them. It is what it is.
Porsche’s by far are more reliable. Unless a customer has abused their car I don’t see them but for routine stuff.
Good info. Thanks a bunch.
I didn’t see it driving, but I did see a Porsche 959 up close at the owner’s house in WNY.
