and… my piont ot that post was… by the time they get done paying off their school loans… and then purchase a house… they are no further ahead becasue they will be in their 60’s until it is paid off.
That’s the part that sucks… you go to school… get a degree and are no better off than someone who didn’t go to school but had good skills anyway…
See that is one of those myths… The bank doesn’t own it unless you don’t pay for it… then they forclose on it and keep all the money. I can do whatever I want to it… it’s mine
College education pays off. Esspecially a masters or better. Anyone else is going to spend their whole life explaining why they didn’t get any higher education if they can get an interview at all.
my 2006 cbr 600RR i owe $8,322
Snap on tools 3,000 some
credit cards 1,100
College 4,000 some
cell phone around $80 a month
gym membership 50 a month
I own my talon, civic, truck, and 400ex
the 55k does not include my Jetta which I owe around 12k on. so I really have like 70k in debt. My biggest thing I did wrong was student loan my mexico study abroad… it fucking kills me, but oh well live and learn. Its no big deal I loved college and every penny was worth it. I think my college education has something to do with my 120% increase on salary in 2 years. I am not sure how many others can say they did that. Granted it will not continue to grow by that rate, but I have a feeling it will grow substantially more then people without education. And I am strictly talking about in my company.
should all go as it seems it will, thats about the percentage I’ll do over what I did last year. I’m gonna own you in the race to be a millionaire. :mrT:
(just kidding. I’m sure I’ll do something to fuck it all up)
I don’t think I will ever become a millionaire, but as long as I am comfortable I am cool with that. I realize that I am going to peak in a few years with salary and I will have to take my biz ideas in my head into production. So you are already ahead of me there!
Oh and for those who might be wondering, the pittspeed debt right now stands at roughly 5k. So its pretty good, and finally going down. This was included in my personal debt analysis. God money is sooo cool!
