Does heat transfer better from cold external air to hot internal air, or hot external air to cold internal air with an arrangement like that?

Looks like it’d be good for melting wires, but that’s about it…

I wonder if they can make 90* bend ones. I’d be interested in making my IC piping much more big/bulky. I’d paint them black, then polish the edges of the blades… It’d be super BA and more efficient that way if I used radiator paint.
