is that a duck above the door? AWESOME
congrats, im jealous. soon…i hope.
Nice looking house! After you close, file an amended return and get your 8K now rather than wait till next year.
gratz on the purchase man. how long have you been down there before you started looking
Nice crib! Looks like it should be in Cape Cod, or Cape May.
It’s super cute! I love it. I also love the duck above the door.
i call bs on being built in 1977, how many slaves did that house come with?
What are your garage plans?
How are the taxes down there on something like this?
:io:
thanks guys, house has TONS of charm
I am going to have to really plan the garage pretty carefully. At first I was thinking about going right next the house on the left side where the driveway is, but there is a bay window for the eat-in kitched right there, and I don’t want a view of the side of a garage right outside of it. I was thinking that setting it back behind the house would be nice, but then I have to clear at least 2 or three trees. So I am not really sure yet how we will solve it, but we’ll come up with something.
Taxes are between 2 and 2.5k a year
that tax number makes the south look so appealing to me.
I fucking hate the property taxes around here
yeah, it is ridiculously affordable
:io:
congrats, nice looking place… the wife and I just moved down to raleigh 2 weeks ago
I can picture that neighborhood exactly. I like the hoods and houses in Raleigh and I’m still mad I didn’t go…
Pool in my community is open all year round :eekdance:
Congratz on the buy, that area is nice. I have several friends that live in the Cary area
Finally all moved in
Hauled all the furniture in 95* weather. That sucked. Gonna be unpacking for a while, then I’ll get some more pics up.
I helped a friend move in Raleigh last year in August…that was the suxor.
Where abouts in the triangle are you? I like downtown Raleigh it was fun, the Lincoln Theater has some good shows. Rum Runners is a fun bar.
I live in North Raleigh, right off of Six Forks Rd. Downtown Raleigh is pretty fun.
I know exactly where that is, nice area
