I am going to be upgrading to a Garret 2871r. I am also looking to upgrade the wasgate actuator. Should I buy the one for an s13 or s14. It is going into an s13 chasis with an s13 redtop. I was just not sure if I should be getting the s14 one because the 2871r is a drop in replacement for the s14/s15 sr20 not the s13.

Go with an HKS wastegate actuator. It will be much more reliable at higher boost levels. Its not that expensive anyways.

i was looking on the internet at the hks actuators and there was an option for one for an s13 or 14 sr20. I was wondering if there was a difference between that two that anybody knew of. I saw this on phase 2 motortrend. I trying to ask if there is a difference between the two, whick one have people used on the Garrett 2871r.
