its definitely a fixer upper, crap masonite siding, some bats nesting in the siding (its getting sided as soon as it gets a little colder), 3 bedroom 1 bath, unfinished basement, attached garage/barn/loft that needs a new floor poured but it has a new roof, newer 150A service, i redid all the plumbing and renovated 3 rooms so far.
i have a pic from a few years ago when i was at the height of my redneck bachelor days lol before i got married and had to clean it up a bit. no more burnpile by the house, alot less cars lol, mow alot more of the yard and had the field area to the left smoothed out. previous owner had all kinds of piles of dirt to the left of the house.

Decided I would rather save up some money than to pick up a car payment just out of college. Next summer tho I plan on buying a car and a bike outright without taking a loan.
I went the fixxer upper route too. Mortgage is $420, with 5.5 acres with 11 years left.
