Whats your car payment??

i dont have a car payment and i dont have an income

FAIL/WIN AT THE SAME TIME!!

But let’s say we did assign a value to zero. Let’s say that infinity is a real number, and 1/0 is infinity. Then look at the sequence 1/(-1/2), 1/(-1/3), 1/(-1/4), …, and notice again that the denominators -1/2, -1/3, -1/4, …, are going to zero. So again, we would want the limit of this sequence to be 1/0. But looking at the sequence, it simplifies to -2, -3, -4, …, and it goes to negative infinity. So which would we assign to 1/0? Negative infinity or positive infinity? Instead of just assigning one willy nilly, we say that infinity isn’t a number, and that 1/0 is undefined.

So you have no income but… a car payment?

undefined…

and  to poor

Own my cars.no payment

:uhh::eyebrow::gotme:

I don’t even want to think about adding them up, I hid my calculator so I don’t for some reason see how idiotic I am.

youre reading comprehension (inference) is weak.

Question was:
How much is your car payment in relation to your monthly net income?”

My answer was “0%”, which implies that my car payment is 0% of my net income.

Further, i asked "what percentage do you get when you divide “0 into something?”.

In the original question that I postulated: car payment in relation to income. This makes the assumption that you will be dividing your payment amount into your income amount.
In the second set question I asked what you’re dividing 0 “into, the appropriate inference would be that my response of “0%” means that my payment is zero percent of my net income.

So, youre doing it wrong.

01 S-10: $165/month

gotta look around or settle for simple and the fact that you are going to have to do some remodeling. in my case i have to level a few floors too as it was built in 1870. my mortgage was for 28,500 and the taxes are 900/yr. they were 650/yr but they went up. grr.

neighborhood is nice, neighbors are totally cool and i live next to a golf course. neighbors across the street are big into dirt circle track. alcohol late models.

i wouldnt move into the suburbs or the city or even into the village if you paid me. no neighbors calling the cops for barking dogs (theyd just come over and tell you that the dog is going to take a bullet;)), no town knocking on the door for too many unregistered vehicles, very few fart cannon ricers, shoot guns whenever i want, have bonfires/parties whenever etc.

even when i calculate the money for gas to go to the city for work or whatever, i still come out miles ahead financially.

Brian

9.7%. That’s calculated based on my average take home money, not pre-tax.

I pay quite a large amount monthly on my Lotus towards principle. Have to take adv. of 4.5 % interest. But the car will be payed off in April '09. I’m looking forward to that. Also, I have had a mortgage for about a year + now. Everything else is paid for.
