It could be a dually with the outer wheels off, or it could be he is converting it to a dually and hasnt bought or installed the rearend yet…

It was the whole bed. Black bed and white cab. Definitely didn’t have the outer tires off. It was a complete shitbucket. I think he was a picker. The bed was full of shit.
