open a club that plays local hardcore bands , keep said bands playin and dont burn down , turn into a pickle sniffer bar , or a poem reading bar . that will have me back out

Isnt that what Savanna’s is? I always hear about hardcore bands playing there on the radio.

Or play country like one of the other Albany clubs does on Friday nights- clearly a plan to keep the spooks out.
