Where to find Garage/Shop space for rent in southtowns...

I’m looking to rent a shop space, or oversized garage in the southtowns area(preferably Hamburg) – but can’t seem to find anything on craigslist etc…

Where can I find postings for available spaces in the area? I’ve checked out the Hamburg Sun, and Buffalo News too but none of them really list anything in relation to shop space etc. I know there’s gotta be some industrial areas that have open spaces and a place they are all listed together…

Power, lift, 220v would be optimal, but I know that’s a long shot.

Check out Lake Ave (an surrounding streets) in Blasdell. they always have some industrial areas for rent

Camaroe Specialties in EA has a nice 30’x50’ space available to rent…I dont’ think it’s public knowledge. A friend and I recently tried to rent it out for purposes other than automotive, and the owner wasn’t interested…but he did say he’d rent it out for shop use. Has 220, air lines, a lift, nice heater, etc.

Figured. Not goin that high, especially all the way out in EA.

Nobody has any idea where there would be classifieds for this sort of stuff?

Yeah, this place was more sized for running a small business out of it looked like.

There was a garage on a lot in west seneca ( i think in ws) forsale for 5k on craigslist lol

my lift will be in shortly, what scale of dismay are you planning? tinker or complete tear down?

its a POS garage on union road, south of clinton by 800 feet. not worth anything over 200 a month. its a “house” garage.
