I’m looking to get a truck cap for my Colorado, but I can’t find any in my truck’s color. I could buy one brand new in my color, but I can find some caps for $1000 cheaper than brand new. If I can get it painted for a reasonable cost, I’d be stupid to just throw my money out the window.
Obviously, I don’t need or expect a top-rate job for something on my pickup truck, but something that reasonably matches my truck and holds up for some years would be awesome.
I’ve never had any bodywork or painting done, so I don’t have any contacts at local shops. Any recommendations on who to take something like this to in the South Hills?
