Where to get a firepit ring

building a firepit in my backyard need a ring for the inside of it. Would like one with a 1" inch lip at the top to sit on the pavers. I checked home depot/lowes but the largest they have is 38", my pit is much bigger.

Are there any local places that can make them??

Might have to have one fabricated

PM Breetime, you’ll have the fanciest fire ring in the western hempishere

Looking to build one too, going to keep him in mind.

Someone recently gifted me one but I gave it away, I could have helped you a few months ago :frowning:

It was safe to say, I fell in to a ring of fire…

I have actually been thinking about making them with my waterjet and I have a unique design in my head that would make it more easily moved than those big ring type ones.

This is definitely a WWWJ job not a breetime job.

Mike (Blue eyed devil) is your man for this one and I can assure you the price will be great.

Basically one of these but without the grill grate attachment?

I personally really wouldn’t need a grill attachment I dont think. You can get them with or without the grates that cover the whole circumference of the ring.

exactly like that but without grill and bigger

I would guess anyone that works with metal could pound a custom one out to your specs pretty easily then.

Use a big rig rim

Why do you even need one? The bricks won’t explode

I was wondering what was wrong with buying a bunch of brick

A lot of people use tractor rims for fire rings. They last forever.

I hear Centerline Motorsports can fabricate anything!

x2

We used one from a dump truck.

Semi truck rim!!!

Metal recyclers? Treasure hunting!

Went with Don’s Welding on Transit… great price, great quality.

The fire will wear away at the bricks/pavers over time, unless you line the interior with fireproof bricks (not sure if there is such a thing). The lip adds a nice finishing touch

What’d it cost ~
