I need 6 1 foot strips of steel. They need to be about 3/4" wide and 1/8 to 1/4 of an inch thick(Good enough to handle tension, without breaking or twisting)
I’m using the steel to extend a three jaw puller set from harbor freight.

But if you need an amount like that, metal supermarket would have it and can get it asap, think they’re open saturdays. walk in walk out.
otherwise i’d say buffalo steel is a great place.
metal supermarket is usually pricey, but always has shit in stock and gets you in and out quick.
buffalo steel is a version of klein steel, except it sells blemished material… with defects. pipe that’s out of round, plate with surface rust or warping, shit like that. pretty cheap, and you get x% off if you mention you’re friends with them on facebook.
