Since I’ve got all winter to finish this turbo install, I might as well get my manifold ceramic coated. Where can I go to get this done and what is the ussual turnaround time?

Might as well take off the exhuast housing of the turbo and get that done as well. It is hard to find a turbo blanket for a t2 flanged turbo if you want to ever get one.
I inquired about this a while ago and it was a decent price, i did not ask about turn around time as i have all winter for this.
I just want the mani done, I couldn’t care less about the turbine housing being brown.

They gave me an exact price but i kinda of forget.
I don’t care about the brown its the heat right below your brake master and P/S resevoir.

MAKE SURE you tell them its for turbo applications. You need high temp and the coating is ugly ass army green. The other shit will peel off in a month.
You would think its common sence but I Chris and I took ours to Top Gun Coatings in Calgary and they were fucking morons and I guess couldnt tell they were for turbos and said it was my fault for not telling them which I DID. Even sais SR20 DET turbo on the box I shipped it to them with. But ya just warning you to tell them it gets fucking hot and you need VERY high temp coating!!!
Good thinkin. I’m dropping it off tomorow. Rough estimate over the phone was 140ish, with 1 week turnaround.
