good pic before the WG’s
Small turbo? :lmao
Nice manifold tho. i cant wait to see this on the road.
jesus christ
are those 44s or 38s?
It’s going to be very anti climactic. Sort of like whatching a shooting comet. “Ooooh there it is…gone”
Amazing work as usual :bowdown
:bowdown thats awsome
god damn, that is fucking sick. Can’t wait to see it out.
44’s. 38mm have bolted flanges, 44mm’s have v band flanges.
SV vs teg? :lol
44’s. 38s are 2 bolt, not v-band
ahh mike beat me by about 4 seconds.
niceeeee
You need a Liter Supersport to be anywhere close to the speed that this Teg is build to be hitting.
such a diesel ass turbo :bowdown
holy crap dude …awsome work :nod
you guys planing to go to E-town with this?
the chassis wont be near ready for the event.
Nice work, but I have a feeling that fresh paint you so nicely protected with the tape is gonna melt off :lol
i have this on my integra and it works great: http://www.t1raceparts.com/Turbine_Blanket_p/blanket.htm
ooh, nice. I was wondering where people where buying those. Code blue will probably want to invest in one of those.
Jay will want to invest in ceramic coating his turbine housing. Blankets retain heat and prevent radiation, and that heat has to go somewhere(aka into CHRA which is bad). Studies show that blanketed turbos die far sooner than those that are left open, similar to wrapped headers/manifolds. Ceramic coating keeps heat in the exhaust stream where it belongs and keeps heat out of the casting from the start. Cheap to do on a new turbine housing. Blankets = suck
BTW, nice job guys @ Synapse. Nice to see other people building divided setups. :nod I’ll have one for you to see shortly on an unusual car, another Dodge Avenger looking to beat my old HP mark(452 wheel).
