where to go for exhaust welding/ fabbing in south towns?

exhaust on my rsx is shitty and im def gonna need some welding done on my new one for it. also my buddy needs some welding done on his 2000 civic exhaust.

are there any good cheap places in the south towns to go to?? or does anyone do this on the side and can do it anytime soon? any help is appreciated
