I just looked online at both, if we have to go that route then that’s what we’ll do. Was looking for something MORE permanant. Thanks for the suggestion. Anyone else have any other ideas?

LOL Well it’s for a client…he went out and bought two party tents, which an emphasemic rat could blow over, so we’re looking for something more sturdy that will last over the winter till spring comes around. Too late in the season to start drawing up plans and setting budgets and building a second garage for him.
