whispering pines wheeling

well when my jeeps done, count me in on some legal wheeling.

I was under the impression that the tires couldnt stick out more than 2 inches from the wheel wells, heard that several times. I’m glad to know about no fender laws tho, you just made my life 100% easier.

I’ve heard it both ways about flares. I have 'em on mine just to be on the safe side…plus they actually keep the Jeep cleaner…not like that really matters anyway though. I wonder how we can get a definite answer.

I googled it and it said something about height laws, which seemed very lax, and only apply to vehicles 90 and newer, 24’’ on the front bumper, but like 54 inches on the headlights. seems reasonable, no mention of flares.

Cool, good info to have.

I had a blast, itll be even more fun next time when my rig is ready.

I rode shotty with Xjknight

Looks like a lot of fun.

would any of yous happen to have a set of bigger wheels and tires for sale? my buddy just picked up his wrangler about 4 days ago and is looking

if he really needs them i have a set of 285/75/16 bfg muds on cragar soft 8s. the tires are thin but would get him through

Really miss wheeling but my Expedition is just too big. Some of those trails I don’t think I’d fit down with both mirrors folded in.

I would love to get into this

I miss my jeep…

Id be willing to sell my 33s with wheels that i have on in the pics

how much? he seems pretty interested

I should buy a jeep…shit looks fun.

be thankful you got out from under it, everything suspension wise was junk haha.

mindless, price on the 33’s I need some mts

Well wheels were like $200 tires were a little over $600 plus mounting and balancing and what not. I guess id take $400ish for them ready to rip. They should still have another 15000 miles in them.
