Yah see I have two tattoos and live in a keep up with the Jones’s hood. Though my one neighbor whom has a viper is always walking around shirtless and tatted up.
There is just a small part of me that doesn’t feel proper going shirtless, if you know what I mean.
My neighbors consider themselves lucky when I have pants on.

i quite literally never wear a shirt unless i’m going into a store. In canada… you enjoy the days of clothing-optional weather… because it doesn’t happen much.
