synapse doesnt tune Emanage on turbo hondas. you can always convert back to stock for emissions or scan another 99-00 honda civic, why run a subpar EMS? when you keep the stock ecu in place it is always adapting and changing its values trying to target values of an n/a b16. sure on a lightly modified n/a setup its ok, or an already turbo setup where the ecu already has mapping for more boost but on an turbo b series it is not the safest bet.
