I always say one good job will bring you two more, one bad will lose you ten. I see nothing wrong with Morgans decision to not tune piggyback systems and possibly risk his tuning reputation on a something that could go south quick(due to hardware, not personal capabilities), ESPECIALLY when considering his expertise in the said field.

The “right way” is merely a statement for ones personal standing on what the minimal requirements are to what you do for your business. I have mine in my business, why should any other shop not have theirs? Shops and their respectful owners have different work ethics and standards and you eventually cross a line where the small profit(if any) is negligible in comparison to the negativity that surrounds the issue if it turns bad.

Understood. However, if the application works for the platform then what is the problem? I guess I should have been clear when I said that personal bias (i.e. I think this works better than that; you are doing it the wrong way) shouldn’t come into play. Again, there might be something weird with E-Manage that doesn’t work with Hondas but does with other platforms. No idea.
