who can tune emanage?

Yeah I think ive talked with Morgan in the past about emanages. But Emanage and other similar piggy backs are pretty simplistic. Any tuner should be able to mange tuning with them. They arent great but they get the job done for some minor tuning

Piggybacks have seen 8s in various platforms.
