I go after work, the gym is great with just about anything you could need. They even very recently set up a mat so you can do stuff like the clean and jerk without having to catch the weight on the way back down.

I take care of the clean in jerk in the shower and u dont have to catch the exiting hound’s on thw way out either !!lol down the drain they go …lol:thumbup
