Who takes good pics? Any closet photographers out there?

I think your camera angle is off… your car looks like it’s multiple colors…

I don’t have a place yet to host the large file pics… but I took some on my own today. They didn’t turn out bad. The Audi site where I have them now doesn’t let you see the pics outside of their site, but you can see the post on that forum with the non-rendered pics. I’ve got the guy from the pics in the fist post in this thread doing some post-production p-shop work on these and will host 'em and post 'em then, but if interested, here is the link for now:

Your first pic is seriously badass. I just picked up a new camera and have been messing around with some HDR images. I will show ya the results when I get some together.

This is the one I like of the “untouched” pics:

Not going to post whore my own thread, so I’ll post this retouched one here and as the dude finishes the rest, I’ll put them in the “member projects” section thread of mine:

I figured since i mentioned i wouldn’t mind taking pics & what not that i would photoshop that untouched pic really fast just to give you a basic idea. It only took me a few seconds to do this

lee, hit me up, i can setup a FTP login to my webserver for you to put large files on.

Maybe this wil modivate me to reinstall the gallery software.

Dom, recognize the Boston bridge from your old neck of the woods?
Wish I’d have known about the ftp hours ago. Thanks for the offer, but I already paid for flickr pro so I could upload large tif pic files for that dude to work on. The free flickr wouldn’t upload tif and had a weak-ass file size limit.
Oh, well, now that I see my pics aren’t too bad, I may actually take some more and learn how to take gooder ones.
