yeah i think i remember the car. Is the intercooler piping aluminum? If it is try to make sure that it is really clean before bringing it to the shop. That will save alot of time on our end. Any sandpaper wheels, wire brushes or anything you use on it shouldn’t have been used on any other metals before it is used on aluminum. It will contaminate the metal and make welding it more difficult.
