Police Lt. Craig Brower said the minivan driver fled the crash scene and was captured a short time later. The driver was arrested and booked for investigation of felony hit-and-run.
Lets hope the driver ends up in a prison full of inmates who are Angels fans.
Well I’m pretty sure the requirements of a license now are opening the door to a car and buckling your seat belt. I can’t understand how people get their license when they suck so bad at driving/ clearly do not know the rules of the road.
