I don’t. Yep, but hopefully i’ll get a relatively short shift so I am able to at least spend most of the day with my family. I have a bad feeling though i’ll most likely be working like 9am-8pm or some bull like that.
I have friends who are working 70-80 hours this week. They work from 8am-Midnight and then get up the next day to do it all over again. I’m part time and i’ve worked nearly 40 hours this week.
that would kill your P&L lol

yeah, but 68 hours/wk kills my dollar per hour… depressing when I think about it. lol. :lol:
ooo i love the OT $20 an hour is where its at!!! i usually get between - 6- 12 hours OT a week… when my car is running good - otherwise i rely on rides into work with cursed cavy
i’m been working at 8AM 6 days a week all semester, and 4 of those 6 days i go right to school from…take into consideration i do community service for a class and coach my old high school’s bowling team, and on an average weekday i leavethe house at 7:30AM and get home around 9PM

6 - 3:30 monday thru friday. Just got off of 6 - 4:30 monday thru saturday (those were nice checks 20hrs OT) :headbang:

i think everyone has it wrong though. yeah its bad having to be up b4 the sun rises almost everyday. and working so many hours in the week that your coworkers become your only friends. but i think everyone is forgetting something. we all gotta keep this up for a period of time longer than we’ve even been on this earth so far. thats right…whats retirement age now? 65? the majority of us arnt even half way there. you think work sucks now…whats it gotta feel like when youve been doing this same shitty routine for 30 years straight? and all you peepz without any money put away for retirement…yeah you got it bad.
