Do not go to Dival. Place has practically zero selection.
I rock a pair of Timberland Titan Pros. For the amount of desk work I have to do (95% of my job ) they are pretty comfortable. My old Wolverine’s were better, but as a famous lolcat once said: “I has a smell”
He mentioned docs and business casual, I think he means shoes for work. Not work boots.
there’s a good place on Walden, across from Raymour & Flannigan. I forget the name off-hand, but i have been there several time for steel/composite toed boots and shoes before. If you’re looking for industrial dress shoes.

Even though you already mentioned them, Doc Martins are some of the more comfortable shoes I’ve found for standing all day. You might want to buy a second pair, different style, and switch days, or even change midway through the day to change up pressure points.
I wear a pair of Clarks right now that I got at Bon Ton. Fucking pieces of crap. Their comfy, don’t get me wrong, but the both soles split in half transversely at the balls of my feet. If I walk through a wet parking lot water comes up through the soles and I wind up with swamp foot all day. :picard:
this place is great for boots
I am a big fan of Doc Marten’s. I rock GBX shoes. They are affordable (usually around $60 a pair) and are comfortable for the most part.
^ OMG.
Rock Climbing?
Probably very uncomfortable with socks (unless they are the individual toe socks with rainbow stripes). Fruity.
Crocs…not really…go away jon
Actually I found that the “work boots” that American Eagle sells are super comfy. I usually added gel pads just to be sure.
What, you don’t like my bags?
my shoes are off, under my desk, 70% of the day.
I gotta get a pair of loafers. I’m seriously so sick of laces. :lazy:
I used to hate loafers for no real reason, until someone bought me a pair a few years back. It was then that I realized that laces are for suckers.
if you can get away with them at work…i wear Merrel shoes which are SUPER COMFY
I have been wearing merrell boots (not shoes) for about 4 years now and have been by far the best boots I have owned. I can only attest to the company, and can assume the shoes are just as good
