Pretty fun last time I was there, couple decent mud holes (although those obviously depend on how recently it rained a lot), some hills. The center hump of the two-track on the way in is pretty high in some spots.
Was supposed to get some all-terrains on the highlander before this winter to get the awful yokohama hts tires off it so it doesn’t kill us this winter, but that fell through. Kinda bummed because I wanted to see how it did with real tires.
Anyways, back on track with the thread. Someone on another forum found this ad, I’ll just quote the whole thing so it stays up if the ad gets deleted. Based on wording, this guy actually doesn’t sound like your average craigslist retard.
Here’s everything that’s been done to the car. Car does have issues which are listed at the bottom. I’m selling it because I’m no longer doing car shows and have no interest in fixing it up. Vehicle has 110,000 miles on it. If interested make an offer. All offers will be considered but please no low ball numbers. I’ve put $20,000 into this car and I don’t expect to get anywhere near that back. Just take it into consideration. Feel free to email me with any questions.

Best Graphics at Hot Import Nights, Low Rider, and Slam Fest; numerous trophies in the car’s entry class.Issues:
- Driverside window recently came off track, doesn’t roll up all the way.
- Passengerside window needs ground wire replaced. Tested with temporary wire didn’t have time to run new one.
- Throttle control needs tuned. RPM’s are slightly higher than normal.
- Key switch had a short that was draining the battery. All excess electronics were disconnected from the battery but are still in place. Switch needs replaced, will not start by turn-key. Remote Start is still functional.
- Car was vandalized/broken into durring spring break of 2010. Few small dents and Lambo hinges were damages due to thieves opening the doors in the wrong direction. Lambo hinges are pricy to replace but stock hinges are $120 a set.
- Speedometer needle broke off.
- Back two tires are stock 14"s due to flats that I didn’t feel like replacing. I still have the 18" rims ready for new tires to put back on the car.
Most of these are minor issues that can be solved with a few hundred dollars. This car is perfect for someone who has the time to get it fixed up or even do it themselves. My time is worth more to me than the car is and I’m no longer interested in show cars which is why I haven’t tackled these issues myself. Again please don’t hesitate to ask questions, or request more photos. You can call or text me at 850-325-0252. If I don’t answer I’m probably at work so leave a message and I’ll call you back. I’m also always checking my email and I will get back to you as soon as possible. Thank you for reading.
