Exactly…I cannot wait for the day that the mideast runs out of oil…probably not in my lifetime, but hey I can inly hope. At that point we will be supplying msot of the worlds energy, either through alt. fuels, like corn oil (yum!), or through what oil deposits we have in the gulf and alaska. Now if we can only get the dumbass eco nuts to start letting us drill more in those places!

The amount of oil in alaska wouldnt drop gas prices 1 cent.

Running ethanol is like running meth injection all the time. Ethanol actually has a higher octane and energy content than race methanol. It burns cleaner and with less heat than normal gasoline.

If you tune for it this fuel will have the potential to produce HUGE power.

I’ve also heard that Corn based E85 uses more energy to make than it produces while Sugar based E85 produces more energy than it uses…

Also every car can run E85 with minor modifications and tuning…

Some nerd like zer0daze should pick up an O2 sensor from a flex vehicle and take a look at it…

Lawyers for the EPA admitted that putting Ethanol in the fuel supply would likely increase smog where it is used.
