Looking for something complete, accessories, turbo, manifolds, harness, ecu would be great.

This is going to be EXTREMELY difficult to source locally. Insurance companies fight very hard to prevent buyback. Someone I know wrecked his STi recently and the insurance company would not even entertain the idea of a buyback. There are companies like y2kimports that buy wrecked sti’s and 2.5L wrx’es from insurance companies at a premium. Now that the FF 818 is using the subaru motor, these “kits” are going to be even more desirable and harder to find.
Your best bet is to look at full car partouts on nasioc. Even then, you will have a heck of time getting all of the parts you want . Expect to pay at least 6 grand for the motor, harness, ecu, steering column, and turbo parts. DO NOT FORGET!! Stis (and i believe some of the 2.5L wrx’es, but dont quote me) REQUIRE THE KEY, ECU, AND IMMOBILIZER TO MATCH. DO NOT buy just an ecu without a matching key and immobilizer in the column.

I am swaping ths into my VW, I love the boxer sound but don’t want to be caught driving some tin can car, with subpar interior quality.
