Honestly what could really be fun is putting some wheels on a snow mobile and then racing silverado man.
After reading through this thread, it doesn’t sound like you have the experience to be riding an all terrain vehicle. Perhaps a bicycle is more your speed. Here’s a nice one that comes in right under your budget!
