I need a rear diff and possibly the axles out of a JDM 180sx with the 4.363 final drive ratio ! If anyone has one I wouls gladly trade a 4.083 and some cash. Or if anyone knows if any of the importers would have this stuff… I’m like over an hour drive from the city so it kinda makes it a pain in the ass.
i’d say its easier to get the skyline diff from importers…ca18 180sx are kinda old and not as abundant seeing as they only come in 1989 and 1990.
pm or contact one of the vendors, torontoJDM if they have any skyline rear subframes/diffs
i got my skyline diff from japan direct in mississauga, they wouldnt sell the diff byitself so i bought the whole r33 gtsts rear subframe (i knew it was gtst since it was labeled/marked RB25DET auto)
it came with the axles and even the ebrake drum assembly that people buy to upgrade to 300zx rear brakes
My father called one of the importers today… cant remembe which one… They said they had 2 full 180sx subframe assemblys… Going to see how that turns out. If not, Skyline for sure… and then i still think i will look for Xterra stuff just because I’m curious.
arite, well…goodluck, i dont know how to tell if they are from a 180 ca18 or sr20…but more 180sx’s have been sold with sr20 since they were sr20 from 1991 and up…just sayin
