My grandpa needs a car for ~4-5k. auto. lower miles the better. nothing modified.

Look on autotrader.

I’d get a 98+ grand marquis or crownvic.

Just put synthetic fluids in everything, the thing will run forever.

call me a pussy or whatever, but i’m a 24 year old dude. I’d totally love a 2003 vic or marquis with all the bells and whistles.

They are great daily drivers, sorta like a big couch.

Absolutely dirt cheap to buy used, insure, and maintain.

The 01+'s will have the better heads and cams.

One of the few newer cars I’d consider owning would be a Police package Crown Vic, preferably all black with lower mileage and abuse (detective’s car, etc.) They’re practically bulletproof, great ride, RWD, and they get decent fuel economy for a car that size.
