WTB: Cheap learner bike

I have a 2000 Kawasaki Ninja 250 with 4200 miles on it

new tires
brakes are good
new undertail

It was laid down and the right side exhaust is a bit scratched up nothing serious and the upper cowl has a crack and is missing a piece!!

Its mechanically Sound i just put like 500 miles on it in the past 2 weeks it runs great!!

1500 obo

after i fix the cowl and repaint it the price will most likely go up!!

I would definitely like to see some pics. Especially of what piece is missing.
