Just need something real basic that will take the coax signal off my Dish receiver and put it on my 19" monitor through my desktop.
I got a hauppauge pvr150 card I’d be willing to part with as well as an older ATi that you can just have if you want it.

Norwood Micro. No idea if it sucks or not. Like I said, just needed real basic functionality. Not worried about video capture, or DVR, or any of that. Want to take channel 72 (the channel I have dish distributed throughout the house on) and put it on the computer.
I’m expecting a lot of relatives to be coming to visit over the next couple months so I wanted a TV in my office (have a nice futon in there). This way I can just use the 19" monitor from my desktop.
I got a USB one with remote. Put that with Snapstream Beyond TV and its an amazing DVR
