Yo the only thing you need to modify is the whole for the shift linkage which i will pop the rivets and give you with the manual conversion. Thats the only think you will have to change other then that your all set. Everything bolts in. Ill even do the conversion for you…
that’d help out a lot, never done anything like this before and I’m pretty short on money so any help would be appreciated…

Im looking for the easiest and least expensive swap to do (keep in mind that I need to switch from auto to manual), so basically i need to know what motor to go with and what tranny to get, or if manual trannies work with any motor, etc. thanks for all the help so far.
