Looking for a condo to fix up and what not. Nice if its in the north east or sherwood park but I doubt I will find something in the park in my price range. Can spend 200K
Hardly any condos in Sherwood Park, not gonna find one that cheap.
ww.mls.ca and www.comfree.ca are your best friends, as I am sure you know.
You be able to get something made of cardboard for that price.

thats new construction though. only thing you can find in sherwood park for under 250k is a trailer in the trailer park. and even still they are going to 150’s

We are looking at buying and the cheapest in Sh Pk is around 300 k. There are nice condos in the south side going for around 255K. They were built in 2006-2006. You will have a hard time finding anything for around 200K. Like he said, look at ComFree or get an agent.
