decent DOES NOT EQUAL cheap. If you are cheap then to go harbor freight and get the pipe of shit one that is usually on sale for 9.99
expensive does not always = good either…

good and used can also = cheap.
If you’re going to use it once or twice and its a smallish job, the HF one would be fine. If you’re going to use it a lot spend the extra cash for a decent one.
my HF has taken a ton of abuse.
it consumes a lot more air though, so i hope you have a good compressor.
buy an electric one

it can allegedly support: SCFM Delivery At 90 psi:6.4 SCFM SCFM Delivery At 40 psi:8.6 SCFM
i would imagine thats enough.
