WTB: EG civic gas tank

my gas tank has been leaking in my beater since i got it. im looking for a tank in decent shape to replace it. im not sure if the coupe/sedan gas tanks are the same but if they are ill take one of those too.

anybody got one?

i cut my leg on one last time i was at m&m, but that was a while ago, have you ckecked there?

i just suggest buying a new one…if your leaking its a good chance the car u getting it out of is leaky you know…i have done 3 gas tank its not that hard. its easier with 2 people and not a so full tank of gas hahahah

there was a new one on here for sale cant find it right now

There is a place called the “tank bank” on the east side of rochester on 104, they sell then real cheap new or used.

i didnt look yet anywhere, im kind of slacking on fixing this shit b4 the winter because im already working on my summer project.

i would buy a new one but the cost is too much, im thinking about trying to cut out the old metal and weld a patch or something to save money, bad idea?

bad… you will not be able to get all the gas out of it and it will start on fire…
