I’ll be putting up my 98 for sale real soon, it’s a Z28, black, pretty much loaded (t-tops, leather, etc), close to stock - has only SLP loudmouth exhaust, March underdrive crank pulley, new bilstein shocks, 100k miles (100,009 to be exact). Paint is just ok, needs attention to make it show worthy, the front fascia needs to be repainted completely because of spidery cracks in the paint. as for the price - other than the fact that it’s tough to find these cars around here, especially a 6 speed - that and KBB is notorious for being way off on these and a lot of other cars. I’ve put at least $1200 in mods on it if that’s some comfort.
i know of a 98 6spd z28 pretty clean with about 97k on it. completely stock for 6500.
there was a camaro ss sitting out on south park in hamburg today for 6500. I dont know anything about the car, just drove by it
It’s nice, but the front bumper needs to be replaced. interior is clean i think theres one tear in the leather. It’s an automatic which I think the OP is staying away from. I already checked out that car.

Yeah, the bumper is pretty trashed I don’t know the story behind it but its all chipped like large chips of paint off and theres a pretty nice 2.5" crack as well. Tranny was just rebuilt at the shop its parked in front of. I believe he said theres about 15 miles on the new transmission. The kid who owns it knows his shit and actually did a lot of the work on the rebuild of it.
Honestly off the top of my head I can’t think of anything else that it needs. Its from Texas, theres NO rust on the bottom of the vehicle. I don’t even think he has registered it up here yet. Leather interior with one small cut in the drivers seat i think i already mentioned. Clean title, high miles I think over 120K, car has no mods. Thats about all the info I know.

I just passed by a nice black Z28 on niagara falls blvd today, didn’t check on whether it’s a manual or auto though.
